Welcome to Integrated Health Professionals' web site!  We are honored that you are interested enough in our company to read our newsletter.  This is a new website for IHP and we are so excited to be able to communicate with you on the net!

The birds singing to us from their nests in the ivy at the front of our building tell us it is spring!  We have finished the flu season (Did you get your flu shot?  You can contact us next year for another one.) and the RSV season.  Once again we provided an RSV prevention clinic for at-risk babies.  What a great gift that medication is to fragile babies.

We spend the spring attending many job fairs, looking for the best RNs and LPNs to work with our private duty patients.  Our private duty program continues to improve the quality of life for families in the greater Spokane area.  There are also several seminars in the spring where we display, so we may meet you at one of those.  It was fun to meet some of you at Pride In Nursing.

Have you been thinking that spring would be a good time to improve your healthy food plan?  Our dietitian could help you with great ideas about which foods will get you to your goals the fastest and she can help you design a program around the foods you like.

IHP is a big supporter of Camp GoodTimes, the summer camp for children who have had cancer.  If you are interested in being involved or knowing more about this specialized camp, please call the American Cancer Society.  We are always excited about this opportunity.  Do you know about Great Strides, the cystic fibrosis walk?  How about the Heart Walk by the American Heart Association?  There are so many ways to be involved in our community.
