Our Pediatric Private Duty department is seeking RN's and LPN's to work for medically fragile patients in the home setting.  Pediatric experience is not mandatory; we can tailor an orientation experience to give you a large range of possibilities.  In fact, we are a company that loves new nurse graduates or nurses seeking to re-enter the workforce.  Because the care we provide is one patient to one nurse, the nurse can truly have a clear picture of the patients needs, and become proficient in those areas.  The flexibility of schedule is another of the major benefits of working with Integrated Health Professionals.  We love our full time employees and can offer you a great benefit package including health, dental, and life insurance coverage, 401k, as well as paid vacation or sick time if you are able to work  32 hours a week.  But if you are seeking part time or supplemental employment IHP can offer you the best of all worlds.  Full time employement is lightly defined as 32-40 hours per week, but EVERY employee earns Paid Time Off regardless of hours worked.  We schedule one month at a time, and you could update your availability each month to balance the other things you may have in your life.  You stay in the drivers seat about how much you're working, and when.  If you have a Washington state license, let's get together to talk about getting homecare working for you.  Please call Sue Thomas at the home office 509-924-1826 or email sthomas@ihpnet.com .
